What we do with your documents and your data.
You hand us passports, tenancy contracts and company papers. This page says plainly what happens to them, who else sees them, and how to get them removed.

The company behind this site
This website belongs to Muzammal Hassan Project Management Services, trading as MH Consultants, licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism and based at Office No 103 - 206 Salah Al Din Street, Al Khabaisi, Deira, Dubai. We are the party responsible for the personal data described below.
Two different things, kept apart
What you give us to do the work. Names, phone numbers and email addresses; copies of passports, Emirates IDs, visa pages and photographs; tenancy contracts, title deeds and Ejari records; trade licences, memoranda of association and establishment card details; labour contracts and salary details where a visa application requires them. We ask for a document only when a government application needs it.
What the website records on its own. Which pages were opened, roughly when, the browser and device used, and an approximate location worked out from the network address. This is ordinary traffic measurement. It is not tied to the documents above, and we cannot identify you from it.
What we use it for
To prepare and submit your applications to the relevant authority, to quote and invoice for the work, to reach you about a file in progress, to keep the records the law obliges a licensed firm to keep, and to see which parts of this website are useful. Nothing else.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with other consultants, agents or brokers. We do not add you to a marketing list because you sent us a document.
The authorities, and nobody beyond them
Your documents go where your application has to go: the Department of Economy and Tourism, the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, the Dubai Land Department and the Ejari system, and the approved Tasheel and Amer service centres through which those submissions are made. They are also shared with your bank where you have asked us to help open a company account.
Separately, the website traffic described above is shared with Meta, because of the measurement tool explained next.
The Meta Pixel on this site
This site runs the Meta Pixel. It tells us how many people reached a page and how many then started a WhatsApp message or tapped the phone number, so we can tell which advertising is worth paying for. Meta receives that activity and may connect it to a Facebook or Instagram account if you have one.
It records page views and whether a contact button was pressed. It does not read anything you type, and it is on the website only. It is never on the documents you send us, and it has nothing to do with WhatsApp.
To switch it off: turn on "Do Not Track" or an ad or script blocker in your browser, or change your Facebook and Instagram ad settings under Accounts Center. The site works exactly the same either way, and we are not told who opted out.
Messages you send us
Most of our work arrives on WhatsApp. Those messages, and any documents attached to them, sit on the phone used for the business and on WhatsApp's own servers under Meta's terms, not ours. If you would rather not send a document that way, email it to arslan@mhprojectmanagement.net or bring it to the office.
How long we keep things
Documents are kept while your file is open and afterwards for as long as the record-keeping rules that apply to a licensed firm require. Once that period ends they are deleted. If you ask us to remove something sooner and no legal obligation requires us to hold it, we will.
What you can ask us to do
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct anything wrong, ask us to delete it where we are not obliged to keep it, ask us to stop using it for anything beyond your file, and withdraw a consent you gave earlier. Ask on WhatsApp, by email or in the office. There is no charge, and we will answer within thirty days.
How it is kept
Documents are held on password-protected devices and accounts, seen only by the people working on your file, and handed to an authority only through that authority's own channel. No method is perfect, and we will tell you promptly if something involving your data goes wrong.
Children, and changes to this page
Our services are for adults. We handle a child's documents only as part of a family visa application made by their parent or guardian, and only for that application.
