Visas, establishment cards, and the file behind them.
Employment, family, partner and investor, freelance. Plus the establishment card and immigration file that every company visa depends on.
Employment · Family · InvestorChecked before it goes in.
Visa files usually stall on paperwork rather than eligibility — a name spelled two ways, an unattested certificate, a photo the counter will not take. We go through the set first and tell you what is missing in the first message.
What we handle.
Employment visa
Offer letter, labour contract, entry permit, medical, Emirates ID and stamping. Inside or outside the country.
Family visa
Spouse and children. Needs a registered tenancy contract and a salary that meets the threshold — we check both before you apply.
Partner / investor visa
For shareholders on the trade licence. Tied to the establishment card and the company's immigration file.
Freelance visa
Permit plus residence, for people billing their own clients rather than carrying a company.
Establishment card
The immigration card for the company. Nothing on the visa side moves until this exists.
Renewals & cancellations
Before the penalty window, not after. Overstay fines are avoidable and we will tell you the date.
A family visa application needs a registered Ejari in the sponsor's name. We do both, so the visa isn't waiting on the tenancy.
The usual document list.
Employment visa
Passport copy · photograph · the company's trade licence and establishment card · signed offer letter · educational certificates where the role requires them, attested.
Family visa
Sponsor's passport, visa and Emirates ID · registered Ejari · salary certificate or labour contract · attested marriage certificate for a spouse · attested birth certificate for a child.
Partner / investor visa
Trade licence · memorandum showing the shareholding · establishment card · passport copy · photograph · immigration file open.
Establishment card
Trade licence · passport copies of the partners · registered Ejari for the premises · signed application.
Certificates issued outside the UAE have to be attested before immigration will accept them, and the chain runs through the issuing country and the UAE embassy there first. Start that early — it is one of the most common causes of a delayed visa file.
Visas, answered.
Can I sponsor my wife and children?
Yes, with a residence visa, a salary that meets the threshold for the relationship, and a registered Ejari in your name. The marriage and birth certificates have to be attested for use in the UAE.
Inside or outside the country — which is faster?
It depends on your current status. A change of status inside the country avoids a flight; an entry permit used from outside is sometimes the only route. We will tell you which one applies to you before you book anything.
What happens if a visa expires?
A grace period runs, then daily fines. They are avoidable and we will give you the date in writing. If it has already expired, say so plainly — it is fixable, and hiding it makes it more expensive.
Do I need the establishment card first?
For company-sponsored visas, yes. The immigration file is opened against it and nothing moves until it exists.
Does my degree need attesting?
For some roles and some authorities, yes — and a foreign degree needs the full consular chain because the UAE is not an Apostille country. We handle that separately and will tell you whether your role actually requires it.
What is the actual order — medical, Emirates ID, stamping?
Entry permit first. If the person is already in the country on another status, a change of status comes next. Then the medical fitness test and the Emirates ID biometrics, which are usually done the same day. Stamping is last, and the residence visa is issued against it. A file that arrives in the wrong order is a file that comes back.
Does my child need a medical test?
The medical fitness test applies to family members aged 18 and above. Children under 18 are not tested, though they still complete the Emirates ID stage. That is the rule we work to; the authority can change it, so we confirm it on every file rather than assume.
What does the sponsor need to earn to bring family?
There is a published minimum salary, and it is lower if accommodation is provided. Sons can be sponsored up to 25, unmarried daughters with no age limit, and children with special needs regardless of age. GDRFA can apply further conditions case by case, which is why we check the specific file rather than quote a general rule. Send us the salary certificate or labour contract and we will tell you where you stand.
How many partner or investor visas can one licence carry?
It is not a fixed number per licence. It follows the licence type, the legal form and the premises registered against it. Send the trade licence and the tenancy and we will tell you what the file supports.
My visa was cancelled or revoked. Can it be brought back?
A cancelled visa is not reinstated — a new application is made instead, and whether that is straightforward depends on why the first one ended. The first step is always to read the current immigration status rather than guess at it. Send us the passport and we will check what the system actually shows.
What happens if a visa is left to expire?
Fines accrue daily from the expiry date, against the person and, for a company file, against the establishment. Leaving a cancellation undone creates problems for the company, not only the employee. Both are cheaper to deal with early.
Can you cancel a visa for someone who has left?
Yes. Cancellation is a separate process and leaving it undone creates problems for the company, not only the employee.
Send the details. We'll tell you the price and the timeline.
No call centre. You get a person who handles the file.
